You Tour Our Models…

Come visit our model homes. Bring your family, friends, and children to inspect our models, review our building specifications, and consider our custom-built features. Our hours are from 10AM until 6PM Monday through Saturday and by appointment on Sunday …or any other time.

During your tour, there is no pressure to buy. There won’t be a salesman over your shoulder and you won’t have to say; “I’m just looking” or “I’ll be back”. We want you to look and compare a Select Built Home to other homes before you make a final decision! And of course, we are always available to answer any questions you have during your tour.

You Make a Home Design Appointment…

You can make your appointment at the end of your tour, or contact us when you’re ready. We’re happy to schedule a time that’s convenient for you.

During your Home Design appointment, our home designer is there to help while:

• You choose the floor plan that works best for you
  We have many plans for you to choose from and each one can be customized …just for you! Our “mother-in-law” plans have the master bed room on one end of your home and the other bedrooms on the opposite end. Or maybe you’d prefer to have a second bedroom near your master bedroom to be used as a nursery, study or home office?

• You select a location for your home
  Careful site selection is extremely important for anyone in the process of buying a new custom home.
  
  If you will be building in one of our subdivisions, your home designer will show you available lots and discuss placement options for your home and garage or carport on the lot of your choice.
  
  If you already have a lot, your home designer will review options for placement of your home, garage or carport, and help you make sure that issues like utilities and any special restrictions won’t cause problems later on.
  
  If you are looking for a lot for your home, our home designers will discuss lot selection and, if you want, put you in touch with realtors who can help you find the perfect lot for your new Select Built Home.

• You customize your home
  Select Built Homes offers some of the most affordable housing available in Central Texas. Even so, Select Built Homes can offer the widest array of customization options you’ll find anywhere. Your home designer will take you through the design choices, from the large exterior items like garage or carport, decks, patios and porches to the smallest details including electrical outlets and bath fixtures.
