Many home builders have to wait for their manufacturer, or subcontractors to send their service crews. This often means waiting weeks, sometimes months for service.
Our combination of in-house Service Representatives supported by a full-time warranty Department, and your Home Designer enables us to provide superior, old-fashioned service.
You’ll receive two "Care Calls" on your home, one approximately 30 days after you move-in and the other approximately 6 months later. During both Care Calls, we’ll handle of any item to ensure you remain proud of your new custom home.

Every custom-designed Select Built Home carries an all-inclusive One Year Warranty by Select Built Homes, a Two Year Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Warranty, a Five Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, and a Ten Year Structural Warranty.
