You schedule an appointment with one of our home designers BEFORE you commit to purchasing your home. During your Home Design appointment, our home designer is there to help while you:
- Choose the floor plan that works best for you
- Select a location for your home
- Customize your home to meet your exact needs
Your home designer can help with everything from site selection to customization and options to providing information about financing your home. Your home designer will be there to offer assistance and information at every step of the home buying process. All at no cost to you.
When the design process is complete, you know exactly what your home will include and exactly what it will cost. Only then will we ask you if you're ready to proceed with your new home.
