Custom Doesn't Have to Mean Expensive

Because we are using highly automated and computerized processes to design and build your home, we can add most custom features at much lower cost than other home builders.
Suppose you want to move the master bedroom wall and add two windows to your home. If you made these changes to a site built home most builders would add $3,000 to $5,000 to the cost. To make these same changes to your Select Built Home will add less than $500.
Why the difference? The plant is designed, from the start, to build every module to its own unique set of plans. Each module is different and each one is built to plans created specifically for that module. If you want two windows instead of one the only difference is the cost of the second window. The plant generates a set of plans for that module either way. Other than the cost of the windows, it makes no difference whether you design your home is built to the original plan or with extra windows.
Now compare this to a site built home. Site builders are setup to build just a few floor plans, over and over, exactly the same way. If you want to make changes, they have to step out of their normal process, generate change orders, get them approved, change the materials list for the house, special order the materials, and on and on. The result? You end up paying far more for all the paperwork to make the change than you do for the window.
