Reduced labor costs

Our construction teams work 40 hours a week/50 weeks of the year - and when it rains...they can still work - because their work on your home is done INSIDE. Site-built construction workers can only work an average of 9 months of the year and HAVE to make more per hour!"

Each team member is a seasoned, tenured, licensed, and well-trained veteran of the construction industry. In their working environment however, it never rains, never snows, never is very hot or cold, and there aren’t any fire ants. So just working in a comfortable environment alone increases their productivity 2-fold. Combine that with the skills that develop over time as each team performs their special tasks day after day. If you did the same task every day, as you probably do, you too become very efficient – thereby again increasing productivity 2-fold!
